Sold at: Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com from January 2024 through November 2024 for about $100. Units: About 50,000 Injuries: There have been more than 115 reports of weight plates dislodging during use, with at least six injuries, including broken toes, bruises, contusions and lacerations. Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the adjustable dumbbell and contact Tzumi Electronics for a free replacement of the dumbbell and tray.
