Sold at: Online at Amazon.com from May 2025 through April 2026 for between $11 to $15. Units: About 5,918 Injuries: CPSC is aware of one report of the toy's strings reaching the back of a child's throat, resulting in gagging. No injuries have been reported. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the teething toy immediately, take it away from children and contact Aojieni Silicone to receive a full refund.
